These no-bake energy balls are a healthy and delicious snack packed with protein, fiber, and natural sweetness. Perfect for on-the-go energy boosts or a quick breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, flaxseed, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed and a sticky dough forms.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, use your hands or a small scoop to form the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Store energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Notes

  • You can customize with your favorite mix-ins like chia seeds, coconut flakes, or protein powder.
  • If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more nut butter or honey.
  • If it’s too sticky, add a few more oats.
