A classic, creamy Fantasy Fudge made with marshmallow creme, chocolate chips, and nuts — an easy, nostalgic treat perfect for holidays and gifting.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (12 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13-inch pan with foil and lightly butter it.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Boil for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 234°F (soft-ball stage).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  5. Quickly stir in marshmallow creme and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Fold in chopped nuts if using.
  7. Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Cool at room temperature until set, then cut into squares.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
