Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 7 oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a full boil.
  3. Continue boiling for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the peanut butter, marshmallow creme, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Let cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • You can use chunky peanut butter for added texture.
