This Fluffy Coke is a light, foamy, and creamy twist on classic Coca-Cola, made with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and fizzy soda for a fun, float-style drink with extra fluff!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coca-Cola (regular or cherry Coke for a twist)
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • ¼ cup heavy cream (or milk for a lighter version)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon chocolate syrup or caramel drizzle (optional)
  • Maraschino cherry (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Create the Creamy Base

  1. In a tall glass, combine heavy cream (or milk) and vanilla extract.

Step 2: Add the Ice Cream & Coke

  1. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream to the glass.
  2. Slowly pour in Coca-Cola, letting it foam up. (Pour gently to avoid overflowing!)

Step 3: Top with Fluff

  1. Spoon or pipe whipped cream on top for an extra fluffy effect.
  2. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or caramel if desired.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy

 

  1. Garnish with a cherry and serve immediately with a straw!

Notes

  • Want it extra fluffy? Blend the Coke with ice cream for a super foamy texture.
  • Prefer a frozen version? Blend everything with 1 cup of ice for a Coke slushie!
  • Make it boozy! Add a shot of vanilla vodka or spiced rum.
