1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, to taste)
Instructions
Wash, hull, and slice the strawberries. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and sugar until smooth.
Add the sliced strawberries and gently mix to coat them with the cream mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
Serve chilled in individual cups or bowls. Optionally, top with whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
This dessert is best served the same day for maximum freshness.
Adjust sugar depending on how sweet your strawberries are.
