For the Pasta & Sausages:

  • 8 oz (225 g) spaghetti (cooked and drained)
  • 4 sausages (sliced into thin rounds, or use mini cocktail sausages)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup tomato sauce (or canned diced tomatoes, blended)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (for extra depth)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (or dried oregano & basil)
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika (optional, for smoky flavor)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

For Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or basil
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cook the Spaghetti

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking.

2. Fry the Sausages & Garlic

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced sausages and cook until browned and crispy (3-4 minutes).
  3. Stir in the garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Fry the Spaghetti

  1. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, tossing with the sausages.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crispy.

4. Add the Sauce & Finish

  1. Pour in the tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Stir well to coat the spaghetti.
  2. Simmer for 2 minutes, then add Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.

5. Serve & Enjoy

  1. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Serve hot!
