These Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups are a healthy, delicious, and refreshing snack! Made with a crunchy granola base, creamy yogurt, and fresh fruit, they’re perfect for breakfast, meal prep, or a grab-and-go snack. Easy to make and naturally sweet, they’re a great alternative to sugary treats!

For the Granola Base:

  • 1 ½ cups granola (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or peanut butter

For the Yogurt Filling:

  • 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional for extra flavor)

Toppings:

  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • Chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios)
  • Mini chocolate chips or coconut flakes (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the Granola Base

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with silicone or paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix granola, honey, and melted coconut oil until well combined.
  3. Spoon about 1 tbsp of the granola mixture into each muffin cup and press firmly to form a base.

Step 2: Add the Yogurt Filling

  1. In another bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Spoon about 2 tbsp of yogurt over each granola base.

Step 3: Add Toppings & Freeze

  1. Top each cup with fresh berries, chopped nuts, or chocolate chips.
  2. Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set.

Step 4: Serve & Enjoy!

  1. Remove from freezer and let sit for 2-3 minutes to soften slightly before eating.
  2. Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Notes

  • Dairy-Free Option: Use coconut or almond yogurt.
  • Extra Crunch? Add chia seeds or flaxseeds to the granola base.
