This easy Fruit Salad recipe combines juicy berries, tropical fruits, and citrus, all tossed in a sweet and tangy honey-lime dressing. It’s a beautiful, healthy side dish for breakfast, brunch, or picnics—and it comes together in just minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

  • 1 cup pineapple, diced

  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned, drained)

  • 1 banana, sliced (optional – add just before serving)

Honey-Lime Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Prep the Fruit:
Wash and prep all fruit. Slice, dice, or segment as needed.

  2. Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.

  3. Toss and Serve:
In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit. Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss to coat.
Serve immediately, or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Add banana just before serving to avoid browning.

  • Feel free to swap in other fruits like mango, raspberries, or green grapes.

  • For a fancier twist, top with mint leaves or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
