Fruit Salsa is a fresh, colorful medley of finely chopped fruits tossed together with a touch of citrus and sweetener. It’s a refreshing, healthy snack or dessert that pairs perfectly with cinnamon chips, yogurt, or as a topping for grilled meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, apple, and blueberries.
  2. Drizzle with lemon or lime juice and honey or maple syrup if using.
  3. Add chopped mint if desired and stir gently to combine.
  4. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with cinnamon tortilla chips, graham crackers, or as a topping for yogurt or pancakes.

Notes

  • Chop fruit uniformly for best texture and presentation.
  • Use any combination of seasonal fruits like mango, pineapple, or raspberries.
  • Make just before serving for freshest flavor and texture.
