Ingredients
Scale
1 lb pizza dough
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage, casing removed
1/2 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 3–4 minutes. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let cool slightly.
Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread the meat mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
Top with pepperoni slices and shredded cheeses.
Roll the dough up tightly from one long end to the other, pinching the seam and ends to seal.
Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Customize with any leftover meats, cheeses, or vegetables you have on hand.
Serve with marinara or ranch dressing for dipping.
Can be assembled ahead of time and baked just before serving.
