6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the pan.
Return chicken to the skillet, spoon some sauce over the top, and transfer to the oven.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
