Garlic Chicken is a simple yet flavorful dish featuring tender chicken cooked with a rich, buttery garlic sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown; remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Add chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to deglaze the pan.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon some sauce over the top, and transfer to the oven.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
