Garlic Herb Cheese Bombs are soft, fluffy, and bursting with gooey melted cheese, all wrapped in buttery garlic-herb goodness. These easy, bite-sized delights make the perfect appetizer, snack, or side dish for any meal!

For the Cheese Bombs:

  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
  • 810 mozzarella cheese cubes (about ½-inch each)
  • 1 tbsp flour (for dusting, optional)

For the Garlic Herb Butter:

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or dried)

For Serving (Optional):

  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prepare Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Stuff the Biscuits:

  • Lightly flour a work surface and separate biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  • Flatten each biscuit slightly and place one mozzarella cube in the center.
  • Wrap the dough around the cheese and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

3. Bake Until Golden:

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

4. Brush with Garlic Butter:

  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, Parmesan, and parsley.
  • Brush over the hot cheese bombs.

5. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Garnish with extra Parmesan and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping!


Notes

Make It Extra Cheesy: Sprinkle extra shredded mozzarella on top before baking.
Spicy Version: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
Storage: Best eaten fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheated.
