  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil for frying)

For the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional for heat)


Instructions

1. Prepare the chicken:

  • In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss chicken pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

2. Cook the chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken bites in batches (avoid overcrowding) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 75°C / 165°F).
  • Transfer cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate.

3. Make the garlic parmesan sauce:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until combined.

4. Toss the chicken:

  • Place cooked chicken bites in a large mixing bowl.
  • Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the chicken and toss until fully coated.

5. Serve:

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if desired.
  • Serve hot with ranch, marinara sauce, or over pasta for a full meal.
