These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Sliders are made with juicy, shredded chicken, smothered in a garlicky Parmesan sauce, and layered on soft Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for parties, game days, or a quick family dinner!
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the chicken filling:
In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Assemble the sliders:
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally without separating them. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Place the top half of the rolls over the chicken and cheese.
Make the topping:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley (if using), and Parmesan cheese. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
Bake:
Cover the dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve:
Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes before slicing into individual rolls. Serve warm.
Notes
Substitute rotisserie chicken with shredded cooked turkey or leftover grilled chicken.
Add a layer of spinach or arugula for extra greens.
These sliders can be made ahead; assemble and refrigerate, then bake just before serving.
