This Garlic-Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower is crispy, golden, and packed with flavor, featuring roasted garlic, parmesan cheese, and fresh herbs. It’s an easy, healthy side dish that pairs perfectly with any meal!

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika (optional, for color)
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat & Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2: Season the Cauliflower

  1. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning until evenly coated.

Step 3: Roast to Perfection

  1. Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  2. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Step 4: Add the Parmesan & Serve

  1. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
