Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until just pink; remove from heat.
  4. Arrange shrimp evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Pour heavy cream over the shrimp and sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
  6. In a small bowl, toss panko breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use a mix of cheeses like Gruyère for extra flavor.
  • Be careful not to overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Serve with crusty bread or a green salad for a complete meal.
