This Giant Burger-Pizza combines the best of both worlds—a juicy cheeseburger and a loaded pizza! With a crispy pizza crust, layers of seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and classic burger toppings, this is the ultimate crowd-pleasing meal for game nights, parties, or family dinners!

For the Pizza Dough:

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

For the Burger Topping:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

For the Cheese & Toppings:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon (crumbled, optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce or extra ketchup/mustard
  • Sesame seeds (optional, for a burger bun effect)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out pizza dough onto a greased or parchment-lined pizza pan or baking sheet.
  3. Lightly brush with olive oil and sprinkle sesame seeds around the edges for a classic burger bun look.

Step 2: Cook the Burger Meat

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Simmer for 2 minutes, then remove from heat.

Step 3: Assemble the Burger-Pizza

  1. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  2. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Add crumbled bacon if using.

Step 4: Bake the Pizza

  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Step 5: Add Fresh Toppings & Serve

  1. Remove from oven and top with pickles, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of burger sauce or extra ketchup/mustard.
