A fresh and flavorful wrap featuring grilled shrimp, crisp romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and creamy Caesar dressing all tucked into a warm tortilla—perfect for a light lunch or dinner on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding.
  5. Assemble each wrap by layering romaine, grilled shrimp, Parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes (if using), and a drizzle of Caesar dressing.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll up the wrap tightly.
  7. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

  • Use whole wheat or low-carb tortillas for a healthier option.
  • Substitute grilled chicken if shrimp isn’t available.
  • Add croutons for extra crunch, if desired.
