  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup (85 g) elbow macaroni (or other small pasta)
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh green beans (optional)
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

🍳 Brown the Ground Beef:

  1. Heat Oil:

    • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Cook the Beef:

    • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces (5-7 minutes).
    • Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Add Onion and Garlic:

    • Stir in chopped onion and garlic.
    • Cook until the onion is soft and fragrant (2-3 minutes).

🥕 Add Vegetables and Broth:

  1. Combine Ingredients:

    • Add carrots, celery, diced tomatoes (with juice), beef broth, and tomato sauce to the pot.

    • Stir in Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
