Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 23 tablespoons milk of choice (as needed for texture)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir until a thick dough forms, adding milk one tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too dry.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop into portions or enjoy straight from the bowl.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
