These Healthy Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps are a delicious and easy meal packed with protein and fresh veggies. Juicy grilled chicken, crisp lettuce, and a lightened-up ranch dressing are wrapped in a soft tortilla, making this a perfect lunch or quick dinner!

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

For the Wraps:

  • 4 whole wheat or low-carb tortillas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)

For the Healthy Ranch Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk (or milk)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts in the seasoning mixture and let marinate for 10-15 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).

Step 2: Grill the Chicken

  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and spray lightly with oil.
  2. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

Step 3: Make the Healthy Ranch Dressing

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried dill, and dried parsley.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until smooth.

Step 4: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1-2 tbsp of ranch dressing over the center.
  2. Layer lettuce, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, red onions, and cheese (if using).
  3. Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly.

Step 5: Serve and Enjoy!

  • Serve immediately, or grill the wrap for 1-2 minutes per side to get a crispy exterior.
  • Slice in half and enjoy with extra ranch dressing for dipping!

Notes

  • Swap whole wheat tortillas for low-carb, spinach, or gluten-free wraps.
  • Add avocado, cucumbers, or bell peppers for extra crunch and nutrition.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days, but assemble fresh for the best taste.
