  • 1/2 cup honey or brown rice syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, stir together almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth and warmed through.
  3. In a large bowl, pour the warm mixture over the brown rice cereal.
  4. Stir until the cereal is evenly coated.
  5. Fold in optional add-ins like chocolate chips or chia seeds.
  6. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan using a spatula or clean hands.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
