Homemade Fruit Pops

Refreshing homemade fruit popsicles made with real fruit and natural sweeteners, perfect for a healthy summer treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (such as strawberries, mango, blueberries, or peaches)
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup water or fruit juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the fruit, honey (if using), water or juice, and lemon or lime juice.
  2. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
  5. To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops.

Notes

  • Combine different fruits for fun flavor combos.
  • Add chunks of whole fruit to the molds for texture.
  • Store popsicles in an airtight bag or container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
