Refreshing homemade fruit popsicles made with real fruit and natural sweeteners, perfect for a healthy summer treat.

- 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit (such as strawberries, mango, blueberries, or peaches)
- 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup water or fruit juice
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- In a blender, combine the fruit, honey (if using), water or juice, and lemon or lime juice.
- Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.
- To release, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds and gently pull out the pops.
Notes
- Combine different fruits for fun flavor combos.
- Add chunks of whole fruit to the molds for texture.
- Store popsicles in an airtight bag or container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
