Honey BBQ Sauce is a sweet, smoky, and tangy sauce perfect for slathering on grilled meats, dipping nuggets, or using as a flavorful condiment for burgers and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened slightly.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  4. Let the sauce cool before using. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
