Ingredients
Scale
4 boneless pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for extra richness)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Season the pork chops – Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Sear the pork chops – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
Coat the pork chops – Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon sauce over them. Cook for 2-3 more minutes, until the sauce thickens and the pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internally.
Finish & serve – Add butter for extra richness, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm with rice or veggies!
Notes
Thicker Chops? If using thicker pork chops, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
Oven Option: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, then broil for a caramelized finish.
Make It Spicy: Add ½ teaspoon sriracha or extra red pepper flakes.
