This Iced Dandelion Chaga Latte is a smooth, earthy, and refreshing drink packed with adaptogens and antioxidants. Made with roasted dandelion root and chaga mushroom tea, then blended with milk and a touch of sweetness, it’s a caffeine-free pick-me-up that supports wellness and tastes amazing over ice.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp roasted dandelion root (or 1 tea bag)

  • 1 tsp dried chaga chunks (or 1 tea bag)

  • 1 1/2 cups water

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (oat, almond, dairy, etc.)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea:
    In a small saucepan, combine dandelion root, chaga, and water. Simmer gently for 15–20 minutes. Remove from heat and strain.

  2. Sweeten & chill:
    Stir in maple syrup or honey while the tea is still warm. Add cinnamon if using. Let cool, then refrigerate until cold (about 30 minutes or longer).

  3. Assemble the latte:
    Fill a glass with ice. Pour chilled tea over ice, then top with milk. Stir gently to combine.

  4. Serve:
    Enjoy immediately, garnished with a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.

Notes

  • Brew a larger batch and store in the fridge for up to 3 days for easy lattes.

  • Add a dash of vanilla extract or a splash of coconut milk for a twist.
