A vibrant and zesty Italian spaghetti salad loaded with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, olives, and parmesan, tossed in a tangy Italian dressing.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, chopped spinach, cherry tomatoes, olives, red onion, and parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
