Ingredients
Scale
4 large flour tortillas
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeños (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Fold in crumbled bacon and green onions, if using.
Lay out the tortillas and evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over each one.
Tightly roll up each tortilla and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Remove from fridge, unwrap, and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add fresh diced jalapeños instead of pickled.
Can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
Use low-fat cream cheese or turkey bacon for a lighter version.
