  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or cream cheese
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • Optional: orange zest or mandarin orange slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve orange Jello in boiling water, stirring for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cold water and stir until combined. Let cool to room temperature.
  3. Whisk in the vanilla yogurt or softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
