Mini juicy cheeseburgers on slider buns—perfectly seasoned, topped with melty cheese, and ideal for parties, game day, or a fun family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 8 slider buns or mini burger rolls
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, halved or quartered
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted (optional, for toasting buns)
  • — Toppings (optional) —
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickle slices
  • Ketchup, mustard, mayo, or special sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat griddle or skillet over medium‑high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
  3. Divide into eight equal portions and form into patties slightly larger than slider buns.
  4. Place patties on the hot griddle; cook for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
  5. Top each patty with a cheese piece during the last minute of cooking; cover with a lid to melt cheese.
  6. If toasting buns, brush cut sides with melted butter and place cut‑side down on griddle until lightly golden.
  7. Assemble sliders: spread sauce on buns, add lettuce, cheeseburger patties, tomato, pickles, and top bun.
  8. Serve immediately while warm and cheesy.

Notes

  • Don’t overwork beef to keep sliders tender.
  • Feel free to use other cheese like American, pepper jack, or Swiss.
  • Customize toppings—grilled onions, bacon bits, or jalapeños are great additions.
  • Make‑ahead tip: cook patties ahead, reheat before assembling.
  • Slider buns are available in 12‑packs—split recipe accordingly.
