July Oreo Cream Cheese Balls are no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, dipped in white chocolate and decorated with red, white, and blue sprinkles for a festive patriotic dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Add cream cheese and blend until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Immediately top with red, white, and blue sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
  7. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is fully hardened.

Notes

  • Use a toothpick or fork for dipping to keep your hands clean.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • You can use Golden Oreos for a different flavor and color base.
