Layered Cherry Cheesecake Dessert is a no-bake treat featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, and a luscious cherry topping—perfect for potlucks and holidays.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping until well blended.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Spoon cherry pie filling evenly over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Make sure cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
  • You can substitute cherry pie filling with blueberry or strawberry for variety.
  • Best made a day ahead to allow flavors to meld.
