1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

2 cups mini marshmallows
1 tablespoon lemon juice

In a medium bowl, dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water. Stir well and let it cool slightly (about 10–15 minutes).
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
