  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Lemon Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ cup chicken broth (or white wine for extra flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (for balance)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. In a bowl, season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Toss with cornstarch for a crispy texture (optional).

Step 2: Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Lemon Garlic Sauce

  1. In the same pan, melt butter over medium heat.
