1 (14.3 oz) package golden Oreos, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant lemon pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
Instructions
In a bowl, mix crushed golden Oreos with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix well. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
In another bowl, whisk lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
Garnish with additional lemon zest or slices if desired before serving.
