A light and refreshing no-bake dessert with layers of golden Oreo crust, lemon pudding, sweetened cream cheese, and whipped topping. Lemon lasagna is the perfect citrusy treat for warm days.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant lemon pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed golden Oreos with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest; mix well. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk lemon pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with the remaining whipped topping and smooth the surface.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  6. Garnish with additional lemon zest or slices if desired before serving.
