1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread tater tots in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
Remove tater tots from oven and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Return to oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Transfer loaded tots to a serving dish and top with dollops of sour cream and chopped green onions.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
