Loaded Tater Tots are a crowd-pleasing appetizer or side dish made with crispy tater tots topped with melted cheese, crispy bacon, sour cream, and green onions.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread tater tots in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Remove tater tots from oven and sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  4. Return to oven for 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Transfer loaded tots to a serving dish and top with dollops of sour cream and chopped green onions.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
