  • 1 (9 oz) package lobster ravioli
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and white wine (if using). Simmer for 2 minutes to reduce slightly.
  5. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet and gently toss to coat with the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan if desired.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra lemon zest if preferred.
