Instructions
Add heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt into a mason jar.
Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for 4–5 minutes, until the mixture thickens and roughly doubles in volume.
Place the jar in the freezer for at least 3 hours or until firm.
Once frozen, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.

Use pint-sized mason jars for ideal portions and space.
