4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden brown.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier version.
