  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
