3 (2.05 oz) Milky Way candy bars, chopped
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment or foil and lightly grease it.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and chopped Milky Way bars until smooth.
Add sugar and evaporated milk; bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in marshmallow creme, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips until fully melted and combined.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
