Mint Magic Bars are a festive twist on classic seven-layer bars, made with a chocolate cookie crust, mint chips, shredded coconut, and a gooey sweetened condensed milk topping for a deliciously indulgent treat.

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (e.g., walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mint chocolate chips or chopped Andes mints
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the baking dish to form a crust.
  3. Layer shredded coconut, chopped nuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and mint chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top, covering the entire surface.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until edges are golden brown and center is set.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

  • Use mint-flavored Oreos for the crust for an extra minty kick.
  • Store bars in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerate for longer freshness.
