A refreshing and creamy no-bake dessert layered with berries, cream cheese, and whipped topping, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Extra berries for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Top with fresh mixed berries and spread the remaining whipped topping over the berries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Garnish with additional fresh berries before serving if desired.

Notes

  • You can use gluten-free graham crackers to make this gluten-free.
  • Make sure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • Can be made a day ahead and stored covered in the refrigerator.
