No Bake Cherry Cheesecake is a creamy, smooth dessert with a buttery graham cracker crust, a rich cheesecake filling, and a sweet-tart cherry topping, perfect for an easy and impressive treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (21 ounces) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the prepared crust.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling, spreading it evenly across the cheesecake layer.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture and flavor.
  • Chilling overnight helps the cheesecake set firmly and slice cleanly.
  • Swap cherry pie filling for blueberry or strawberry if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days, covered.
