- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles or extra crushed Oreos for decoration (optional)
- Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
- In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
