A simple and decadent no-bake dessert made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in rich chocolate for an irresistible treat.

Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles or extra crushed Oreos for decoration (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place Oreos in a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating completely, and place back on the baking sheet.
  6. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or crushed Oreos if desired before the chocolate sets.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully hardened.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

  • Use a fork to easily dip and coat the truffles in chocolate.
