No Bake Strawberry Lasagna is a creamy, layered dessert with a golden cookie crust, fluffy cheesecake layer, sweet strawberry gelatin, and whipped topping—easy, fruity, and perfect for spring or summer.

  • 1 package (14 oz) golden Oreos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
  • 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin (like Jell-O)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed golden Oreos and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the chilled crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and let it cool slightly.
  4. Arrange sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer. Carefully pour the cooled gelatin over the strawberries.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping before serving.

Notes

  • Use a food processor for easy cookie crushing.
  • For a firmer crust, bake it at 350°F for 8 minutes and let cool before adding layers.
  • Garnish with additional strawberries or white chocolate shavings for a fancy touch.
