1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup Nutella
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
Chocolate shavings or hazelnuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add Nutella and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until fully combined.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until evenly mixed.
Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or hazelnuts before serving if desired.
