1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp prepared horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and horseradish.
Stir in Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Add apple cider vinegar and mix until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Serve chilled with onion rings or other fried appetizers.
Notes
Adjust horseradish to taste if you prefer more or less heat.
