These cheesy, buttery, and bacon-loaded pizza rolls are the ultimate comfort food! Made with fluffy pizza dough, filled with crispy bacon, melty cheese, and ranch seasoning, and finished with a garlic butter glaze, these rolls are perfect for game nights, parties, or a fun family meal.

For the Pizza Rolls:

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

For the Garlic Butter Topping:

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp ranch seasoning (or extra garlic powder)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat Oven & Prepare Dough:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a 12×15-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.

2. Add Fillings & Roll:

  • Spread ranch dressing evenly over the dough.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella, cheddar, bacon, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes.
  • Roll the dough tightly from the long side to form a log.

3. Slice & Arrange Rolls:

  • Use a sharp knife to slice into 10-12 rolls.
  • Place rolls in the prepared baking dish, slightly touching.

4. Bake Until Golden:

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.

5. Make the Garlic Butter & Brush on Top:

  • While baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Remove rolls from oven and immediately brush with garlic butter.

6. Serve & Enjoy!

  • Serve warm with extra ranch dressing or marinara sauce for dipping!

  • Want it extra gooey? Add cream cheese or extra cheese inside before rolling.
  • Make it spicy! Drizzle with hot honey or add jalapeños before rolling.
