This bright and citrusy smoothie blends fresh oranges and ripe bananas with creamy yogurt for a deliciously smooth drink. It’s naturally sweet, refreshing, and perfect for a boost of energy!

Ingredients

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented (or 1 cup fresh orange juice)
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (for a thicker smoothie)

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for fiber and omega-3s)
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric (for an anti-inflammatory boost)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (for extra protein)

 


Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients:

    • Add oranges, banana, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla to a blender.
    • Add ice cubes and any optional add-ins.
  2. Blend Until Smooth:

    • Blend on high for 30-45 seconds, until creamy and smooth.
  3. Serve & Enjoy:

    • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
    • Garnish with orange zest or banana slices for extra freshness.
