Ingredients
Scale
1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz chocolate chips or candy melts (white, milk, or dark chocolate)
Optional: crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or drizzle for topping
Instructions
Add Oreo cookies to a food processor and pulse until finely crushed.
In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese. Mix until fully combined and a dough forms.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to firm up.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
Place coated truffles back on the parchment-lined sheet and immediately top with sprinkles or additional crushed Oreos if desired.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes or until chocolate is set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is softened to blend smoothly with the Oreos.
Work in batches to keep the truffle centers cold for easier dipping.
Use different Oreo flavors or candy melts for variety.
